This website describes our security and connectivity services for information only. Service descriptions, capabilities and examples are general and do not amount to a binding offer or guarantee of a particular result. Nothing on the site should be read as a warranty or guarantee beyond what is confirmed in writing after a site assessment.

Enquiries made through the contact form, phone or email are used to assess your requirements. A written quotation, where provided, follows a review of your site requirements. Free local on-site surveys are offered; for travel over 50 miles a survey charge applies and is credited against the main job if you proceed. Any quotation is subject to site assessment, hardware availability and your written acceptance before work begins.

We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours; this is an aim, not a guarantee. Service and installation availability depend on the system, the property and scheduling. Emergency callout response times are not promised and are arranged on enquiry.

The website content — including text, layout, the Kings Watch Communications logo and imagery — is owned by us or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce or reuse site content without written permission.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, or submitting false or misleading information through the enquiry form.

The site may link to third-party websites and load third-party widgets (such as live chat and reviews). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Any reliance on third-party content is at your own risk.
